What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we collect your name and email address and, if you give them, your phone number and postcode or town. We also collect the service you chose and what you tell us about your project.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to quote for and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell or share them.

Where it goes

The form sends your enquiry to our email inbox through Resend, an email delivery service that processes it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for up to 12 months. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we need them for the project and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Website analytics

We use Fathom Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal information.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@dorsetplans.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
